1. What this page is
This is about what a store pays WashCloud for the software. It is not about money a shop returns to its own customers for a ticket. Those refunds stay at the till.
2. The 15-day trial
A new store can try WashCloud for 15 days on Scale. You are not charged for the trial. If you do not pay before it ends, the shop closes. There is nothing to refund.
3. When you pay
Each store pays in advance for a month or a year — Starter, Growth, or Scale. Payment opens that store. The fee is earned when Paystack confirms it. We do not refund unused days if you stop using the till, fire staff, or close the shop mid-cycle.
4. Cancel
You may stop. Office staff cancel from Settings → Billing, or write to admin@washcloudapp.com. You keep the shop until the period you already paid ends. Then the wall comes down. We do not credit the leftover days.
5. Upgrade
You may move a store to a higher plan. We charge the new plan. We do not refund the old plan for unused days. We do not offer tenant downgrades.
6. SMS and WhatsApp
SMS is bought as units on the store wallet. Sent messages are not refunded. Unused units stay on the store as credit; we do not cash them out. WhatsApp fees from Meta (or your own WABA) are not WashCloud subscription fees and are not refunded by us.
7. Mistakes we will put right
Write to admin@washcloudapp.com if Paystack charged the same invoice twice, we billed the wrong store, or you were charged after you cancelled before the next billing date and we still took the new period.
We aim to answer in 5 working days. If we agree it was our error, we refund the wrong extra charge. Paystack’s fee on a reversed payment may not come back. “I changed my mind after paying” is not an error.
8. After the wall
Orders and customer records stay. Media may be removed after 30 days on the wall, as in the Terms. Paying again opens the same store. That is not a refund.
9. Chargebacks
A Paystack dispute on a valid, used period may close the store until it is resolved. Talk to us first.
